A Korean dating app built for queer people. The gay lounge and the lesbian lounge run entirely apart — and you decide whether anyone sees you at all.

Browsing and matching happen inside your own lounge. People in the other lounge cannot see your profile at all — it is not hidden from them, it is simply never returned.
Filter by position, by role (Dom / Sub / Switch), by what you are looking for, and by age — so there is less to sort out before the first message.
Find people nearby with filters. Turn discovery off and you vanish from the map.
Chat opens only when you both like each other. No unsolicited messages.
Post a moment, see who liked it, and message them first. It disappears after a day.
With discovery off you are excluded from results, not hidden behind a setting. Whatever screen someone opens, you are not in it.
Most outing happens through people you already know, not strangers. Contact-based blocking works ahead of time: numbers that have not signed up yet are blocked the moment those people create an account. Numbers are stored as hashes, so the server never learns whose they are.
Can I use Ting from outside Korea?
Yes — sign-up from abroad uses date of birth and adult verification, and is open to people 18 and over. Korean sign-up uses carrier identity verification and is 19 and over.
Where are most members?
Seoul and the surrounding area have the most members; elsewhere a wider discovery radius helps. Signing up and browsing are free, so you can look around before deciding.
Does deleting my account cancel the subscription?
No. In-app subscriptions are managed by the App Store and Google Play, so you have to cancel in your store's subscription settings. Deleting the account alone does not stop billing.
Set up your profile in private, then turn it on when you are ready.
